هذه المسابقة تهدف إلى البحث عن أفضل خطيب قادر على إلقاء الخطب بثقة وطلاقة وكاريزما. وسيتم تقييم المشاركين بناءً على كفاءتهم اللغوية، وأساليب الإلقاء لديهم، وقوة الحجج التي يقدمونها، بالإضافة إلى قدرتهم على التأثير في الجمهور وجذب انتباهه. كما تسعى المسابقة إلى إبراز جيل من المتحدثين الشباب الذين يتميزون بالفصاحة والقدرة على الإقناع والتفكير النقدي في مختلف المجالات.

This competition seeks the best orator who can deliver speeches with confidence, fluency, and charisma. Participants will be assessed on their language proficiency, delivery techniques, strength of arguments, as well as their ability to influence and captivate the audience. The competition aims to produce young speakers who are articulate, authoritative, and critical thinkers across various fields.

الجولة الأولى (٣٠/١٠/٢٠٢٥) – التسجيل

إرشادات المسابقة – إلقاء الخطاب

يجب على كل مشارك أن يُلقي خطابه باللغة الماليزية (الملايوية) وأن يلتزم بالموضوع الذي حدده المنظمون.
ينبغي على المشاركين عرض أفكارهم بوضوح وبأسلوب نقدي وهادف ومؤثر.
يُمنع منعًا باتًا استخدام الوسائل البصرية مثل الشرائح أو مقاطع الفيديو.
يجب أن يكون أسلوب الإلقاء رسميًا، متزنًا ومقنعًا.
يجب أن يكون الخطاب مهذبًا وخاليًا من العناصر السياسية أو الإباحية أو الاستفزازية أو ما قد يمس الحساسيات الدينية أو العرقية.
على المشاركين ضبط نبرة الصوت وتعابير الوجه بما يتناسب مع الرسالة المُقدَّمة.
Each participant must deliver their speech in English Language and follow the theme set by the organizers.
Participants must elaborate on their points in a relevant, critical, and impactful manner.
No visual aids such as slides or videos are allowed.
The presentation style must be formal composed and convincing.
The speech must be polite and must not contain political elements, vulgarity, provocation, or content that touches on religious or racial sensitivities.
Participants must adjust their tone and facial expressions to match the message being delivered.

موضوع الخطاب: «العلم محرّك الحضارة، واللغة توحّد الأمة»

يجب أن يكون الخطاب أصيلاً ومن تأليف المشارك نفسه. ويحتفظ المنظمون بحق رفض أي مشاركة لا تستوفي الشروط أو يُشتبه في كونها منسوخة دون إشعار مسبق.

Theme: “Knowledge Drives Civilisation, Language Unites the Nation”

The speech must be original and the participant’s own work. The organisers reserve the right to reject entries that do not meet requirements or are suspected of plagiarism,

without prior notice.

المدة الزمنية:

من ٦ إلى ٧ دقائق فقط
Participants are given 6 to 7 minutes to deliver their speech.

تنسيق نص الخطاب:

نسخة إلكترونية (PDF/WORD).
الغرض: مراجعة البنية والمحتوى والكشف عن الانتحال.
الخط: Arial، الحجم: ١١.
اسم الملف: (INSTITUTION NAME_ID NUMBER_SPEECH TITLE).
Soft copy in PDF/Word format.
Purpose: to review structure, content, and detect plagiarism.
Font: Arial, size 11
File name: (INSTITUTION NAME_ID NUMBER_SPEECH TITLE).

تنسيق تسجيل الفيديو:

تسجيل واحد فقط (One-take) دون تحرير.
كاميرا ثابتة (حامل ثلاثي/جهاز مثبت).
الصيغة: MP4، الدقة: ١٢٨٠ × ٧٢٠ (HD).
النسبة: ١٦:٩ (أفقي).
اللقطة: متوسطة (من الخصر إلى الأعلى).
الوجه واضح والإضاءة جيدة.
الصوت واضح وخالٍ من الضوضاء.
لا يُسمح باستخدام جهاز التلقين (Teleprompter).
اسم الملف: (INSTITUTION NAME_ID NUMBER_SPEECH TITLE).
Each recording must be completed in a single take, without editing.
Camera must remain stable (tripod/fixed device).
Format: MP4, 1280 x 720 (HD).
Ratio: 16:9 (landscape).
Shot: medium (waist-up).
Face must be clearly visible, with adequate lighting.
Audio must be clear and free from background noise.
File name: (INSTITUTION NAME_ID NUMBER_SPEECH TITLE).

تنسيق التسليم:

يجب أن يتضمن الملف «نص الخطاب» و«تسجيل الفيديو» المتنافس عليه.
التسليم عبر Google Form (رابط Google Drive) الذي توفره اللجنة المنظمة.
يجب أن يكون الرابط قابلاً للوصول (غير خاص/غير فارغ). وإلا تُعتبر المشاركة ملغاة.
"لن تُقبل إلّا النسخة النهائية التي يتم رفعها قبل الساعة ٢٣:٥٩ (توقيت ماليزيا GMT+8) بتاريخ ٣٠ أكتوبر. وأي إعادة رفع بعد موعد الإغلاق لن تُؤخذ بعين الاعتبار ولن تُقيَّم من قِبل لجنة التحكيم. (يُنصح المشاركون بتحويل هذا التوقيت إلى منطقتهم الزمنية المحلية لتحديد الموعد النهائي بدقّة في بلدانهم)."
على المشاركين الذين لا يملكون وصولًا إلى Google إبلاغ اللجنة المنظمة لترتيبات بديلة.
Files must include both the “Prepared Speech Text” and “Video Recording”.
Submission is via Google Form (Google Drive link) provided by the organisers.
Ensure the link is accessible (not private/empty file). Otherwise, the submission will be deemed invalid.
Participants without access to Google must inform the organisers for an alternative submission method.
Only the final version submitted by 23:59 (GMT+8, Malaysia Time) on 30 October will be accepted. Any re-uploads after the closing date will not be considered or evaluated by the jury. (Participants are advised to convert this to their local time zone to determine the exact deadline in their country.)

قرار لجنة التحكيم نهائي وملزم.

الجولة النهائية (١٧/١٢/٢٠٢٥) – الأداء المباشر

المتطلبات الخاصة للمسابقة

يرجى الرجوع إلى القواعد الخاصة بِالجولة الأولى.
١. يجب على المشاركين الحضور قبل ٣٠ دقيقة من وقت البدء المحدد وأن يكونوا مستعدين عند مناداة أسمائهم. عدم الالتزام بذلك قد يؤدي إلى استبعادهم من المسابقة.
Please refer to the rules for the FIRST ROUND.
Participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and be ready when their names are called. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the competition.

الوقت:

الجولة ١: خطاب مُعد مسبقًا من الجولة الأولى – من ٦ إلى ٧ دقائق لكل مشارك.
الجولة ٢: خطاب ارتجالي – يُعطى الموضوع، وتُخصص ٣ دقائق للتحضير الذهني دون أي مساعدة خارجية، يتبعها من ٤ إلى ٧ دقائق لإلقاء الخطاب.
Round 1: Prepared Speech from FIRST ROUND – 6 to 7 minutes per participant.
Round 2: Impromptu Speech – topic given, 3 minutes for mental preparation without external aid, followed by 4 to 7 minutes to deliver the speech.

إشارات الجرس:

الجولة ١: يُقرع الجرس الأول عند الدقيقة ٦، ويُقرع الجرس الثاني عند الدقيقة ٧.
الجولة ٢: يُقرع الجرس الأول عند الدقيقة ٦، ويُقرع الجرس الثاني عند الدقيقة ٧.
Round 1: First bell at 6 minutes, second bell at 7 minutes.
Round 2: First bell at 6 minutes, second bell at 7 minutes.

Judging

The judges’ decision is final and binding.
