1. What is the Modern Language Olympiad (MLO 3.0)?
The Modern Language Olympiad 3.0 (MLO 3.0) is an international language competition organised by the Academy of Language Studies, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). It serves as a platform for participants to showcase their proficiency in Malay, English, Arabic, or Mandarin, and to celebrate the diversity and beauty of these modern languages.
2. Who is eligible to participate?
Participation is open to all, whether you are a student, a language enthusiast. Both local (fees in MYR) and international (fees in USD) participants are welcome. Entries may be submitted individually or as part of a group.
3. What categories are available?

4. What follows after the online rounds?
Finalists will be invited to the on-site final round at UiTM Shah Alam:

This is an opportunity to network, celebrate, and witness the crowning of the MLO 3.0 Champion.
5. Can I attend as an observer?
Yes. Observers and chaperones are welcome to attend. Please select the “Observer” option during registration (RM 30 or USD 10) to gain access to the finals and Gala Night, either online or in person.
