Terms and Conditions
Age:

Open to students aged 16 to 25 years in the year 2025.
Studet Status:
-
Participants must be active and registered students at the time of registration.

Participants must be enrolled at any educational institution, whether within Malaysia or abroad.

Students may participate individually and be self-sponsored; however, they are still required to state their current educational institution.
Participation:
-
Each participant is permitted to enter all individual competitions, as well as group competition (Radio Drama), once in each language.
-
For the same competition, participants may register in more than one language category.
-
A separate fee will be charged for each language category entered.
Eligibility
Registration & Submission:
-
The entry form must be duly completed and submitted no later than 30 October 2025 (Thursday).

All competition video/audio recordings must also be submitted by 30 October 2025.

Only the final version submitted by 23:59 (GMT+8, Malaysia Time) on 30 October will be accepted.

Any re-uploads after the closing date will not be considered or evaluated by the jury.

Participants are advised to convert this to their local time zone to determine the exact deadline in their country.

Conduct & Disqualification:

The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
-
breach of the general or specific rules of the competition.
-
submit content is deemed inappropriate.

The use of offensive language, inappropriate gestures, or unsuitable behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification.
-
In the event of any disturbance or disruption during the competition, participants may be allowed to repeat their performance at the discretion of the judges.
Attire: New! (29/09/2025)

Participants are to wear appropriate attire and equipment.

Formal or casual wear related to the competition and title is allowed.

Traditional clothing is permitted.

Overly revealing or excessively short attire is not permitted in order to avoid sensitive issues in Malaysia.
Liability & Rights:

The organiser shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or injury sustained throughout the competition.

All recordings, photographs, and documentation of performances shall remain the property of the organiser and may be used for promotional purposes.
-
All participants and involved organisations must comply with applicable local and international laws.
