المتطلبات الخاصة بالمسابقة

• يُسمح لكل مشارك بأداء أغنية من اختياره باللغة العربية فقط.

• يجب أن تكون الأغنية المقدَّمة حديثة أو معاصرة في طابعها، وألا تكون عملاً تقليدياً بحتاً. كما يُسمح بالأغاني التي تتضمن عناصر مزج أو دمج (Fusion).

• ينبغي أن تكون الأغنية موجودة مسبقًا ومنشورة تجاريًا باللغة العربية على يد فنان معترف به.

• يجب أن تكون كلمات الأغنية لائقة وخالية من الألفاظ البذيئة أو العناصر الاستفزازية أو ما يمسّ الحساسيات الدينية أو العرقية.​​

• Each participant is only permitted to perform a song of their choice in the Arabic language.

• The song performed must be modern or contemporary in nature, and should not consist entirely of a traditional piece. Songs incorporating fusion elements are also permitted.

• The chosen song must be an existing, commercially released Arabic-language song by a recognised recording artist.

• Song lyrics must be appropriate, free from vulgarity, provocative elements, or content that touches upon religious or racial sensitivities.

المدة الزمنية

• الوقت المخصص للأداء هو من ٤ إلى ٦ دقائق لكل أغنية.

• في حال تجاوز المشارك ٦ دقائق، يحق للجنة التحكيم خصم الدرجات وفقًا لتقديرها​

• The allocated performance time is 4 to 6 minutes per song.

• Participants who exceed 6 minutes will have marks deducted at the discretion of the judges.

تقديم الأداء

• يُلزم كل مشارك بتقديم مقطعين مصوّرين:
  ١. أداء بدون مصاحبة موسيقية (أكابيلا) – من ٤ إلى ٦ دقائق.
  ٢. أداء بمصاحبة موسيقى خلفية (مسار "مينَس وان") – من ٤ إلى ٦ دقائق.

• المدة الإجمالية للتسجيل: من ١٠ إلى ١٢ دقيقة فقط.

يمكن أن يكون التسجيل في "الفيديو 1" و"الفيديو 2" للأغنية نفسها أو لأغنيتين مختلفتين.​​​

• ​Each participant is required to submit two videos:

  1. Video 1: A performance without musical accompaniment (a cappella) – 4 to 6 minutes

  2. Video 2: A performance with instrumental accompaniment (minus one track) – 4 to 6 minutes
     *Total recording length: 10 to 12 minutes only.

  3. ​Recorded Songs “video 1” and “video 2” may either be the same song or two different songs​

صيغة تسجيل الفيديو:

• يجب أن يتم كل تسجيل في لقطة واحدة فقط (one-take)، دون أي تعديل و/أو استخدام الضبط الآلي للصوت (autotune).

• يجب أن تكون الكاميرا ثابتة (على حامل ثلاثي أو جهاز مثبت).

• الصيغة: ‎MP4، بدقة ‎1280 × 720 (HD).

• النسبة: ‎16:9 (وضع أفقي).

• نوع اللقطة: كاملة أو متوسطة (من الخصر إلى أعلى).

• الوجه واضح مع إضاءة كافية.

• الصوت واضح وخالٍ من الضوضاء.​

• Each recording must be completed in a single take, without editing and/or autotune.

• Camera must remain stable (tripod/fixed device).

• Format: MP4, 1280 x 720 (HD).

• Ratio: 16:9 (landscape).

• Shot: full or medium (waist-up).

• Face must be clearly visible, with adequate lighting.

• Audio must be clear and free from background noise.

​صيغة تسليم الفيديو:

• اسم الملف: (INSTITUTION NAME_ID NUMBER_SONG TITLE).

• يمكن دمج تسجيل "الفيديو 1" و"الفيديو 2" أو إرسالهما بشكل منفصل.

• يتم التسليم عبر نموذج Google (رابط Google Drive) الذي يقدمه المنظمون.

• يجب التأكد من أن الرابط متاح (غير خاص/غير فارغ)، وإلا تُعتبر المشاركة لاغية.

• تُقبل النسخة الأولى فقط؛ إعادة الرفع بعد تاريخ الإغلاق غير مسموح بها.

• "لن تُقبل إلّا النسخة النهائية التي يتم رفعها قبل الساعة ٢٣:٥٩ (توقيت ماليزيا GMT+8) بتاريخ ٣٠ أكتوبر. وأي إعادة رفع بعد موعد الإغلاق لن تُؤخذ بعين الاعتبار ولن تُقيَّم من قِبل لجنة التحكيم. (يُنصح المشاركون بتحويل هذا التوقيت إلى منطقتهم الزمنية المحلية لتحديد الموعد النهائي بدقّة في بلدانهم)."

• على المشاركين الذين ليس لديهم إمكانية الوصول إلى Google إبلاغ المنظمين لترتيب طريقة بديلة للتسليم.​​

• File Name: (INSTITUTION NAME_ID NUMBER_SONG TITLE).

• Recordings of “video 1” and “video 2” may be combined or submitted separately.

• Submission is via Google Form (Google Drive link) provided by the organisers.

• Ensure the link is accessible (not private/empty file). Otherwise, the submission will be deemed invalid.

• Only the final version submitted by 23:59 (GMT+8, Malaysia Time) on 30 October will be accepted. Any re-uploads after the closing date will not be considered or evaluated by the jury. (Participants are advised to convert this to their local time zone to determine the exact deadline in their country.)

• Participants without access to Google must inform the organisers for an alternative submission method.
