POETRY RECITAL
توفر مسابقة كتابة الشعر متعدّد اللغات منصة إبداعية للمشاركين للتعبير عن أفكارهم ومشاعرهم ورؤاهم بثلاث لغات مختلفة، مما يعزز تقدير التنوع الثقافي ووحدة الإنسانية. ومن خلال احتضان الشعر بمختلف تقاليده، تسهم هذه المسابقة في حفظ التراث الأدبي القيّم وتشجيع الحوار بين الثقافات. كما أنها تعمّق البعد الثقافي للشعر، فتتيح للكُتّاب والقرّاء على حد سواء تجربة الغنى والجمال وخصوصية الرؤى الكامنة في كل لغة.
This multilingual poem writing competition provides a creative platform for participants to express their thoughts, emotions, and ideas in three different languages, fostering an appreciation for cultural diversity and unity. By embracing poetry from various traditions, the competition helps preserve valuable literary heritage while encouraging cross-cultural dialogue. It also enhances the cultural depth of poetry, allowing writers and readers alike to experience the richness, beauty, and unique perspectives embedded within each language.
الجولة الأولى (٣٠/١٠/٢٠٢٥) – التسجيل
المتطلبات الخاصة بالمسابقة

يجب أن تكون القصيدة المكتوبة والمُلقاة باللغة العربية، وأن تلتزم بالموضوع الذي حدده المنظمون.
-
يجب أن تكون القصيدة مهذبة، وخالية من الألفاظ البذيئة أو الاستفزاز أو ما يمس الحساسيات الدينية أو العرقية.
-
تصبح القصائد المقدمة ملكًا محفوظًا لدى اللجنة المنظمة لغرض الجمع والنشر، مع بقاء حقوق الملكية الفكرية للمؤلف. وسيتم إخطار المؤلف في حال نشر قصيدته.

The poem to be recited must be written in English and must adhere to the theme determined by the organisers.

The poem must be respectful and must not contain any obscene elements, provocation, or content that touches on religious or racial sensitivities.

Submitted poems will remain in the custody of the organising committee for the purposes of compilation and publication; however, copyright will remain with the author. The author will be notified should their poem be published.
موضوع القصيدة: الهوية والثقافة
POEM THEME: Identity and Culture
يجب أن تكون القصائد أصلية ومن إبداع المشارك نفسه.
تحتفظ اللجنة المنظمة بالحق في رفض أي مشاركة لا تستوفي الشروط أو يُشتبه في كونها منسوخة دون إشعار مسبق.
The poem must be original and self-written. The organizer has the right to reject entries that do not meet requirements or are suspected of plagiarism, without prior notice.
المدة الزمنية

المدة المخصصة من 3 إلى 7 دقائق لكل مشارك.
-
أي تجاوز للمدة المحددة (7 دقائق) يؤدي إلى خصم الدرجات من لجنة التحكيم.

Each participant will be given between 3 to 7 minutes.
-
Any performance exceeding 7 minutes will result in a deduction of marks.
الموسيقى والأداء:

يُسمح للمشاركين باستخدام موسيقى خلفية (موسيقى آلية) والعزف على الآلات الموسيقية.
-
يجب أن يتم الأداء مباشرة. لا يُسمح بالمزامنة على الشفاه أو باستخدام تسجيلات صوتية مسبقة.
-
Participants may use background music (instrumental) and may play musical instruments.
-
Performances must be conducted live. Lip-syncing or pre-recorded vocals are strictly prohibited.

الخط: Arial، الحجم: 11، التباعد: 1.5.

من 3 إلى 5 مقاطع شعرية، وبحد أقصى 20 سطرًا.

Font: Arial, size 11, spacing 1.5.

Between 3 to 5 stanzas, maximum 20 lines.

صيغة تسجيل الفيديو:

تسجيل واحد فقط (one-take) من دون تحرير.
-
يجب أن تكون الكاميرا ثابتة (على حامل ثلاثي أو جهاز مثبت).
-
الصيغة: MP4، الدقة 1280 × 720 (HD).
-
النسبة: 16:9 (أفقي).
-
اللقطة: متوسطة (من الخصر إلى أعلى).
-
الوجه واضح مع إضاءة جيدة.
-
لا يُسمح باستخدام جهاز التلقين (التليبرومبتر).
-
صوت واضح وخالٍ من الضوضاء.
-
اسم الملف (INSTITUTION NAME_ID NUMBER_POEM TITLE).
-
Each recording must be completed in a single take, without editing.
-
Camera must remain stable (tripod/fixed device).
-
Format: MP4, 1280 x 720 (HD).
-
Ratio: 16:9 (landscape).
-
Shot: medium (waist-up).
-
Face must be clearly visible, with adequate lighting.
-
Audio must be clear and free from background noise.
-
The use of a teleprompter is not permitted.
-
File name: (INSTITUTION NAME_ID NUMBER_POEM TITLE).
صيغة تسليم الفيديو:
-
التسليم عبر نموذج Google (رابط Google Drive) المقدم من اللجنة المنظمة.
-
يجب أن يحتوي الملف على “نص القصيدة” و“تسجيل الفيديو”.
-
يجب أن يكون الرابط متاحًا (غير خاص / غير فارغ)، وإلا تُعتبر المشاركة لاغية.
-
"لن تُقبل إلّا النسخة النهائية التي يتم رفعها قبل الساعة ٢٣:٥٩ (توقيت ماليزيا GMT+8) بتاريخ ٣٠ أكتوبر. وأي إعادة رفع بعد موعد الإغلاق لن تُؤخذ بعين الاعتبار ولن تُقيَّم من قِبل لجنة التحكيم. (يُنصح المشاركون بتحويل هذا التوقيت إلى منطقتهم الزمنية المحلية لتحديد الموعد النهائي بدقّة في بلدانهم)."

على المشاركين الذين ليس لديهم إمكانية الوصول إلى Google إبلاغ اللجنة المنظمة لترتيب طريقة بديلة للتسليم.

Files must include both the “Poem Text” and “Video Recording”.
-
Submission is via Google Form (Google Drive link) provided by the organisers.
-
Ensure the link is accessible (not private/empty file). Otherwise, the submission will be deemed invalid.
-
Only the final version submitted by 23:59 (GMT+8, Malaysia Time) on 30 October will be accepted. Any re-uploads after the closing date will not be considered or evaluated by the jury. (Participants are advised to convert this to their local time zone to determine the exact deadline in their country.)

Participants without access to Google must inform the organisers for an alternative submission method.

يجب على المشاركين أن يكونوا مستعدين قبل 30 دقيقة من موعدهم. عدم الالتزام قد يؤدي إلى استبعادهم من المسابقة.

Participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and be ready when their names are called. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the competition.
تُستخدم نفس القصيدة المقدمة في الجولة الأولى.
The same poem from the First Round will be used.
